There's a story...
Human civilization reached culmination in the end of 21st century. After fast development in electronic era, whole world ended in collapse After the collapse of human civilization, states known at that time ceased to exist. Several decades after the total collapse, Security Council of the United Nations, or what was left of it, tried to preserve what can be preserved.
It was agreed that the old boundaries of the state must be the basis for the foundries of a new world order to avoid chaos. However, some of the new born states claim they deserve more power than others, demanding for redefinition of frontiers.
Using everything from diplomacy to war, you must strive to build an country wealthier than all others. Through this all, you will compete against anywhere from hundreds to thousands of other players, all aiming to achieve the same goals.
Chaos could not be avoided ... The battle for power has started ...
The game is fully browser based so you won't need to download or install anything!
TERMS OF SERVICE
Duplicated accounts (accounts opened or used by the same player ) will be banned!
1. User accounts
a) Use of one account by more than one user is not allowed.
b) The use of multiple accounts by a single user is not allowed.
c) Any player can have one account, no exceptions. Duplicated accounts (accounts opened or used by the same player ) will be banned, their country permanently bannes and approach to the game is prohibited. If players play with the same IP address (playroom , firms, schools ... ), in case of doubt, have to prove their identity. Way of proving game administrators will determine. Special attention will be on players who play with the same IP address, and at the same time attacking the same country, or the country with the same IP address that are attacking each other.
d) The use of free proxy servers, IP changer, TOR client, as well as all the other ways of trying to hide the real IP address. These attempts are punished with permanent disqualification.
e) Letting gaming accounts to another person is not allowed except by agreement with the administrators.
f) Change the e-mail address that is registered with the state is not possible
g) Change the name of the state is not possible.
h ) An application for any intervention on your account can be sent only to e-mail addresses with which the country is registered
i) Provocative names of states and coalitions are prohibited
j) Return of destroyed or selfdestroyed gaming account is not possible.
2. Errors (BUG)
a) Exploiting errors that might occur the game is not allowed. In case you notice an abnormality in the code execution you must notify administrators
b) If you make bug for advancing your state, your gaming account being suspended for a definite or indefinite period of time, depending on the type of abuse.
3. Threats, curses and insults
a) If you receive a private message in game that contain threats, swearing or insults you can ask for punishment for a country that has sent the message. Message sent to you and you may not have to delete at least 48 hours after application.
b) If you are an insult to the chat, you can complain to the administrator and ask for punishment. Appeal to send e-mail by copying the controversial part of the chat.
c) If it is determined that the state has sent a threat, curse or insult described in paragraphs a and b shall be liable to suspension for a definite or indefinite period of time. Administrators will determine the length of sentence
d) Threats, swearing or insults that came through other channels, which are not part of the game and the can not influence (email , facebook and all other forms of communication ) can can not be considered
4. Complaints, requests...
a) For each suspension can be appealed if the player thinks he is unjustly punished.
b) The appeal, application or petition may only be filed with the email from which the country registered. Otherwise it will not be considered.
c) You cannot send appeal, application or petition on behalf of another country.
d) An appeal, application or petition shall contain the number and name of the country submitting the complaint, request or petition. Otherwise it will not be considered.
5. Behavior in the game
a) All players are free to use all the features that the game offers.
b) Appeals relating to matters that are permissible rules of the game will not be considered.
6. Changing the rules
a) Rules of the Game can be subject to changes or supplemented with prior notice that there have been changes or additions to the rules.
